Why SERV FINANCE?
Getting finance shouldn't mean navigating banks, filling out endless forms or wondering what's happening with your application. At SERV FINANCE, you have a real person who listens, explains your options and stays involved throughout.
You'll deal with a real person who understands your situation — not a call centre or an automated process.
We work with a broad panel of lenders, so we're not limited to one bank or one lending option.
Our brokers understand finance, assets and the realities of getting a deal settled.
We'll explain the options clearly, without unnecessary jargon or pressure.
From the first conversation through to settlement, we keep things moving and keep you informed.
Access to banks, non-banks and specialist lenders means more options and better outcomes.
Meet Sean
Founder | Finance Broker
SERV Finance was founded by Sean Pereira with a simple belief: finance should be easier to understand and more personal to deal with.
With more than 30 years across automotive and finance — including General Manager and Dealer Principal roles — Sean understands both the asset you're buying and the finance behind it.
As SERV grows, that same approach will remain at the heart of the business.
Loan types
SERV FINANCE can arrange finance across a wide range of loan types. The right structure depends on your situation — whether you're buying personally, through a business, or as a self-employed borrower.
Business & asset finance
Chattel Mortgage
For businesses purchasing vehicles or equipment. You own the asset from day one and may claim GST and depreciation.
Finance Lease
The lender owns the asset during the term; you make regular payments and have options at the end — return, purchase, or refinance.
Commercial Hire Purchase
You hire the asset and take ownership once all payments are made. Payments are fixed and the asset appears on your balance sheet.
Low Doc / Alt Doc Loan
For self-employed borrowers who can't provide standard payslips. Lenders assess income using BAS statements, accountant letters or bank statements.
Secured Business Loan
Asset-backed lending for business purchases. The asset provides security, which may provide access to different rates or borrowing options, depending on the lender and your circumstances.
Personal finance
Consumer Car Loan
A secured personal loan for buying a vehicle. Fixed repayments over an agreed term with the vehicle as security.
Novated Lease
A three-way agreement between you, your employer and a finance company. Repayments come from pre-tax salary, reducing your taxable income.
Personal Loan
Secured or unsecured lending for lifestyle assets, renovations, or purchases that don't fit a standard vehicle or equipment loan.
Not sure which structure is right for you? That's what we're here for.
Sales reps, BDMs & field managers
Your allowance counts as assessable income — which means it supports your borrowing capacity. You may also be able to claim depreciation, loan interest and running costs as tax deductions based on your work use. We can structure a finance application around your full income picture.

A novated lease is a three-way arrangement between you, your employer and a finance company. Repayments come from your pre-tax salary, which reduces your taxable income. It can be one of the most tax-effective ways for an employee to finance a vehicle — including EVs, which may also attract an FBT exemption.

Looking to finance a vehicle without relying solely on traditional PAYG income documentation.
A recently established business needing a vehicle, machinery or equipment.
Looking to finance an asset while preserving available working capital.
Looking for vehicle or equipment finance through an established business.
Setting up as an owner-operator with a van, ute or refrigerated vehicle — including Amazon Flex, DoorDash and similar platforms.
Receiving a car allowance from your employer — sales rep, BDM, field manager or similar — and looking to put it towards a vehicle rather than absorbing it into general income.
Tell us what you're looking to finance and a little about your situation. We'll talk you through the options and what happens next.
